The San Fernando Valley sits between several airports, and the best choice depends on where you are flying. Some people leave from Burbank because it is ten minutes away. Others need LAX for an international flight and the long drive over the Sepulveda Pass. We drive to all of them, and this page explains how.
Airports We Serve
Los Angeles International (LAX). The big one, and the hardest to get to at the wrong time of day. See the dedicated LAX limo page for details about terminals, timing, and traffic.
Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR). The easiest airport for most Valley residents. It is smaller, quicker to move through, and often the best bet for domestic flights. Read about our Burbank airport car service.
Van Nuys Airport (VNY). A general aviation airport used by private jets and charter flights. If you are meeting a private plane, we can coordinate the pickup at the FBO.
Long Beach (LGB) and Ontario (ONT). Less common from the Valley, but we run both when the flight, price, or schedule makes them the better choice.
How the Pickup Works

You send us your flight details and pickup address. On departure day, your driver arrives at the agreed time and helps with your bags. We recommend leaving earlier than you think you need to, especially for LAX, because freeway traffic in Los Angeles can change in minutes.
For arrivals, we track the flight so the pickup matches your actual landing time and not the scheduled one. After you collect your bags, you meet your driver at the agreed spot, and the ride home begins. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage or with children, say so when you book.
Why Book a Driver Instead of Driving Yourself

Parking at a major airport adds up quickly, and the walk from a remote lot with luggage is nobody’s idea of a good start to a trip. Rideshare is fine for some trips, but availability can be erratic before dawn and late at night, and prices spike when demand does.
A reserved driver removes the uncertainty. The car is booked, the time is set, and the rate is confirmed in advance. You can nap, read, or go over notes for the meeting you are flying to. When you get back, you do not need to wait in a pickup zone for a car that may or may not arrive.
Choosing a Vehicle

- One to three travelers: a town car or sedan.
- Families or groups with extra luggage: an SUV.
- Larger groups heading to the airport together: a stretch limo or party bus. It is a popular way to start a vacation or send off a wedding couple.
Timing Guidelines
For domestic flights from LAX, most travelers plan to arrive two hours before departure. For international flights, three hours is a common benchmark. Add driving time based on where you live and when you are leaving. Weekday mornings and Friday afternoons are the slowest travel windows, and Sunday evening can be surprisingly bad as well. Ask us for a pickup recommendation and we will give you a realistic one.
Common Questions
Do you offer early morning and late night pickups?
Many airport trips happen at odd hours. Tell us your flight time and we will confirm availability for your pickup.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flights, so a delay usually means a new pickup time and not a missed ride. Check the terms for your reservation when you book.
Is the price fixed?
Airport transfers are typically quoted as a flat rate. Extra stops, long waits, and changes to the plan can alter it, and we will tell you before that happens.
