A wedding day runs on a tight schedule and a long list of people who all need to be in the right place. The ceremony starts at four, photos are booked for five-thirty, and the reception wants guests seated by seven. Transportation is the thread that holds all of that together, and when it goes wrong, everything else slides with it.
What a Wedding Limo Really Does
Most couples think of the limousine as the car they leave in. It is that, but it is also a logistics tool. A good wedding transportation plan can cover several jobs.
- Bringing the wedding party from the getting-ready location to the ceremony.
- Carrying the couple between the ceremony, the photo spots, and the reception.
- Shuttling family members who are not staying at the venue.
- Getting the couple to a hotel or the airport at the end of the night.
You do not have to hire a vehicle for every one of those. Many couples book a single limousine for the wedding party and use a second, different vehicle for the couple’s exit. We are happy to plan whichever combination fits your day.
Choosing the Vehicle

A stretch limousine is the traditional choice and works well for a wedding party of six to ten. If the dresses are large or the party is bigger, the fourteen-passenger model gives you more room. Some couples prefer something with more personality and pick an SUV limousine. For a larger group of guests, a party bus is a good way to move everyone together and keep the day on schedule.
For one-way trips that require quiet and polish, such as the groom’s parents arriving at the church, a town car is a clean and understated option.
Building the Timeline
The most valuable step is the one you do before you book: write out the schedule. Include the time and address of every pickup, every stop, and the final drop-off. Then add a buffer between legs. Wedding days rarely run on time, and photographers tend to take more time than planned. If the limo has to leave the church at 5:15 and the photographer is still working, someone has to make a call. It helps to decide ahead of time who that person is.
Share the timeline with us, and we will point out any trouble spots. A venue with a long driveway, a gated community, or a hillside street may need extra planning for a large vehicle.
Hours and Pricing

Wedding limousines are usually billed by the hour with a minimum. A typical wedding-day booking runs between four and eight hours, depending on how many legs the day has. You will get a written quote that reflects your actual itinerary. If your plans change, tell us early, and we will adjust.
The Details That Matter

Decorations. Ribbons and signs are common, and we can usually accommodate them if they are removable and do not damage the vehicle. Ask before you tape anything.
Drinks. Champagne is a tradition. California law applies, and the driver cannot serve it. Bring your own glasses if you want something particular.
Dresses and suits. Tell us about long trains and large dresses. They affect how much room you need.
The exit. If you are leaving the reception late, confirm the final pickup time and location, and give your driver a clear signal for when to bring the car to the door.
