Booking a ride should take a few minutes, not an afternoon. This page walks you through what we need, how the quote works, and what happens after you submit your request. The reservation form is below.
What to Include in Your Request
The more you tell us, the more accurate the quote. At a minimum, send these details.
The date and the pickup time. If the time is flexible, say so. For airport rides, give us the flight time and we will work backward.
The pickup address. The full street address, including any gate code or building details.
The destination. If your trip has more than one stop, list them in order.
The number of passengers. Count everyone, including children. If the number might change, give us a range.
The type of event. A wedding, a prom, an airport ride, or a corporate event. It helps us recommend the right vehicle and the right number of hours.
Special requests. Car seats, wheelchair access, extra luggage, decorations, or anything else that affects the ride.
How a Reservation Works
- You send the request. Use the form or contact us directly.
- We reply with a recommendation and a quote. You will see the suggested vehicle, the hours, and the price.
- You confirm. Once you agree to the terms, we hold the vehicle and the driver. A deposit may be required for some bookings.
- We check in before the ride. The day before, we confirm the pickup time and details. You receive your driver’s information.
- The driver arrives. On the day, the chauffeur meets you at the agreed spot and takes care of the rest.
Choosing a Vehicle
Not sure what to pick? Here is a quick guide.
- One to three passengers: a town car or sedan.
- Groups of four to ten: a stretch limousine.
- Groups that want more presence: a Hummer or Escalade limo.
- Large groups: a party bus.

Timing Your Request
For weddings, proms, and holiday weekends, send your request as early as you can. Popular vehicles go fast. For airport rides and ordinary evenings, a few days is usually enough. For a last-minute booking, call us directly, and we will tell you what is available.
Pricing and Payment
Quotes are based on the vehicle, the date, the hours, and the distance. Some rides, such as airport transfers, are quoted as a flat rate. Others, such as weddings and nights out, are booked by the hour with a minimum. We will explain the details when we send your quote, including what is included and what could change the total. Ask about gratuity, deposits, and cancellation terms before you confirm.
Changes and Cancellations
Plans change, and we understand that. Tell us as soon as you know about a change in the time, the address, or the group size. We will do our best to adjust. Cancellation terms depend on the booking and how close it is to the date. We will share them when we confirm your reservation.

How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to requests as quickly as we can. For urgent bookings, a phone call is faster.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Many bookings require one to hold the vehicle. We will tell you the amount and the terms in your quote.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes. Include the return time and location in your request.
