Prom limousine

  • Since 1995
  • Open 24/7
  • Based in North Hollywood

Prom night is one of the few evenings teenagers will remember in detail for decades. It is also an evening parents worry about more than any other. A prom limousine solves both problems. The students get a ride that feels like part of the event, and the parents get a licensed, professional driver who stays sober, stays on the route, and brings everyone home.

Why a Limo Works for Prom

The practical reasons come first. Nobody has to drive in a rented tuxedo or a long dress, and nobody has to hunt for parking at a crowded venue. Everyone arrives together, and the evening starts with the group instead of with a scramble.

The emotional reason is simpler. Prom is a one-time event, and arriving in a limousine feels like a moment. The photos from the curb, the first step out of the car, the ride between dinner and the dance all become part of the memory.

Which Vehicle to Pick

Stretch limousine. The classic choice for a group of eight to fourteen, depending on the model. See our stretch limousines.

SUV limousine. A Hummer or Escalade limo makes a bold entrance and holds a mid-sized group. See the SUV limousine fleet.

Party bus. For twenty students or more, a bus keeps everyone in one vehicle and cuts the cost per person. See the party bus fleet.

Splitting the cost among friends is the usual approach. A group of ten sharing a limo often pays less per person than people expect, especially when it replaces separate gas, parking, and rideshare costs.

A Typical Prom Night Timeline

Most prom bookings follow a rhythm. The limo arrives at the first pickup for photos, collects the rest of the group, stops for dinner, drops everyone at the dance, and then returns at a set time to bring them home. Some groups add an after-party stop, which we can plan if parents have approved.

Plan for photos. Parents want time at the front door, and students want time at a scenic spot. Give yourself at least thirty minutes for that, and tell us where.

What Parents Should Know

Parents often ask the same few questions, and the answers matter.

  • Who is driving? A licensed, professional chauffeur. We do not send anyone who has not been vetted and trained.
  • Is alcohol allowed? No. Passengers under twenty-one may not drink, and the driver is not permitted to serve alcohol. We take that seriously.
  • Where does the limo go? Only where the booking says. The driver follows the itinerary the group and the parents agree on.
  • Who do I call if something changes? A single point of contact, usually the person who made the reservation. We can also share the driver’s number with a designated parent.

Booking Tips

Prom season is busy. Book as early as the date is announced, since popular vehicles are gone weeks ahead. Collect payment from the group in advance so nobody is chasing deposits the week before. Choose one student or parent as the contact, and give us the guest count, pickup addresses, the dance venue, and the return time.

Also, think about the dress code. Students in long gowns and corsages need more space than a quick headcount suggests. If your group is right at a vehicle’s limit, upgrade to the next size.

Common Questions

How many hours do we need?

Most prom groups book four to five hours. If you include a long dinner or an after-party, add time.

Can we decorate the limo?

Light decorations are fine if they come off cleanly. Ask first, and avoid anything sticky or messy.

What if the group is smaller than planned?

Tell us as early as possible. We may be able to move you to a smaller vehicle.
