Plenty of people have booked an airport car and still were not sure what would happen. Where does the driver meet you? What if the flight is late? Who is responsible for the bags? Here is a walkthrough of a typical airport ride with us, from the first message to the front door.
Step One: The Booking

You tell us where you are going, what time you need to be there, and how many people and bags are coming. For a departure, we count backward from your flight time. For an arrival, we ask for your airline and flight number. We also ask a few practical questions: Is anyone in the group using a mobility device? Are you bringing a car seat? Are there golf clubs, instruments, or oversized items?
We reply with a vehicle recommendation and a price. Once you confirm, you are on the schedule.
Step Two: The Day Before
We review the reservation the day before. If the flight time has changed, this is when it usually surfaces. You will also get your driver’s information so you know who to look for.
Step Three: The Departure Ride

Your driver arrives at your address a few minutes early. He loads the luggage, confirms the terminal, and picks the route based on current traffic and not on habit. Along the way, you can relax or work. If you realize you forgot something, tell the driver. A quick return to the house is better than finding out at the gate.
At the airport, the driver pulls up at your airline’s departure curb, helps you unload, and waits until you have your bags. Then you walk in and he goes.
Step Four: The Arrival Pickup
For arrivals, we track your flight so the driver knows when you actually land. After landing and collecting your luggage, you meet him at the agreed spot. That spot depends on the airport. At some airports the driver waits at baggage claim with a sign. At others, the rules require a curbside pickup, and he will tell you where to meet. Either way, you will know before you board.
You walk out, the car is there, and you are on the road in minutes. No pickup zone confusion, no wondering which white sedan is yours.
Why It Works Better Than Other Options

The main advantage is certainty. A reserved ride is on your calendar, with a driver assigned. If you take a rideshare, you rely on whoever happens to be nearby, and at 4 a.m. that may not be anyone. If you park, you are paying for the privilege of walking.
The second advantage is the driver’s local knowledge. A Valley driver knows how to read the freeways. If the 405 is jammed at the Sepulveda Pass, a good one will tell you whether the 101 and surface streets will be faster. That information alone can save you half an hour.
Which Airports We Cover
We drive to LAX, Burbank, Van Nuys, Long Beach, and Ontario. An overview is on our airport transportation page.
Who Uses It

Frequent business travelers use it for reliability, and families use it for space and sanity. Wedding couples use it for the honeymoon flight, and parents use it when a student is flying home for the holidays. Event groups sometimes use a larger vehicle to arrive together.
Common Questions
Will the driver help with my luggage?
Yes. Loading and unloading standard bags is part of the service.
What if I land hours late?
Tell us if you know about the delay. We track flights, but a message from you helps.
Can I add a stop on the way home?
Often, yes. Mention it when you book so we can price it correctly.
