Choosing a vehicle should be the easy part of planning a ride. It gets complicated only when a website lists thirty options and never tells you which one fits your group. Here is how our fleet breaks down, in plain terms, with a quick guide to picking the right one.
Town Cars and Sedans
The Lincoln town car and Lincoln MKT sedan are our smallest vehicles and the ones people choose for airport pickups, business meetings, and quiet dinners. They are comfortable on long freeway stretches, they are easy to park outside a hotel entrance, and they carry a couple of suitcases without any drama. If you are traveling alone or with one or two others, start here.
Stretch Limousines
Our stretch limousines come in sizes that seat eight to ten passengers and up to fourteen. They are what most people picture when they think “limo”: facing leather seating, a bar area, mood lighting, and a sound system. These are the standard choice for weddings, proms, anniversaries, and formal evenings out. The larger fourteen-passenger model works well when you want everyone in one vehicle but do not need a full bus.
Hummer and Escalade Limos
The SUV limousines are for groups that want the vehicle to be part of the event. The Hummer H2 limo and the Cadillac Escalade limo are bigger, louder in presence, and very popular for birthdays, bachelorette parties, and quinceañeras. They turn heads at a curb. Interiors are set up for socializing, with plenty of seating and entertainment.
Party Buses
For a bigger group, the party bus fleet is the answer. We run several sizes, including Freightliner, Ford F550, and Ford E450 coaches, so you do not have to pay for forty seats when you have twenty people. Party buses give you room to stand and move around, a proper sound system, and lighting that sets the tone. They work well for concerts, sporting events, wine country trips, and group celebrations. See how we handle bookings on the party bus rental page.
How to Pick the Right Vehicle
A quick way to decide:
- Headcount first. Count everyone, including the person who might “maybe” come. If you are right at the limit of a vehicle, size up. Nobody enjoys a cramped limo.
- Then the occasion. Formal events point toward a stretch limo or a town car. Casual celebrations point toward an SUV limo or a party bus.
- Then the schedule. If you will make multiple stops over several hours, comfort matters more than anything. A bus with room to move beats a tight car after the second hour.
- Finally, luggage. Airport trips with suitcases need more cargo room than many people expect. Mention the bags when you ask for a quote.
Vehicle Condition and Safety
Every vehicle we send is cleaned before the ride and checked for the basics: tires, lights, climate control, and sound. Drivers are licensed and professional. The vehicles are insured, and we are happy to share documentation when a venue or employer asks for it.
A Note on Availability
Popular vehicles go first on prom weekends, major holidays, and Saturdays in wedding season. If you have a specific vehicle in mind, ask early. If it is already booked, we will offer the next best option instead of a vague maybe.
Common Questions
Can I see the vehicle before I book?
Ask us when you book. Photos are on the fleet pages, and if you want to look at a vehicle in person ahead of a wedding or large event, we can often arrange it.
Can I request a particular vehicle?
Yes. We will confirm availability for your date and tell you honestly if it is taken.
What if my group size changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. We can move you to a larger or smaller vehicle if one is available.
