Valley Limo Services · San Fernando Valley
About Us
- Since 1995
- Open 24/7
- Based in North Hollywood
Most limousine companies describe themselves as “luxury” and leave it there. We would rather tell you how we work, because that is what you are really buying: a ride that shows up when it was promised, driven by someone who knows where they are going.
Valley Limo Services is a limousine and car service that works out of the San Fernando Valley. Our customers live in Encino, Northridge, Chatsworth, Burbank, Calabasas, and everywhere in between, and most of our trips begin on a street they know by name. That local footing shapes everything we do, from which freeway we pick at 4 p.m. to how early we recommend leaving for an LAX departure.
What We Care About
Three things sit under every booking.
Being there on time. A limo that arrives late has failed at the one thing it was hired to do. We plan pickup times backward from your real deadline, whether that is a ceremony, a boarding gate, or a dinner reservation, and then we add a cushion for the kind of traffic Los Angeles produces without warning.
Keeping the vehicles clean and in good shape. Our cars and buses are inspected and cleaned between rides. Carpets are vacuumed, glass is wiped, and the climate control and sound system are tested. You should never have to ask whether a vehicle is ready.
Treating the driver as part of the service. A chauffeur is the only part of the experience that talks to you. Ours are professional, dressed appropriately for the occasion, and trained to read the mood. A groom’s father on his way to the church wants something different from a bachelorette group heading to a club, and the driver adjusts.
The Vehicles
Our fleet covers everything from a single passenger to a large group. There are town cars and sedans, stretch limousines, Hummer and Escalade limos, and party buses. We keep the range wide so that we can fit the vehicle to the job and not push you into something larger than you need. Browse the full fleet if you want to see what is available.
Who Rides With Us
Our customers are a real cross-section of the Valley. Some are families planning a wedding or a funeral procession. Some are parents booking a prom limo for a group of teenagers and wanting to know the driver is trustworthy. Some are business travelers who use our airport car service every month. Others are studio visitors, tourists heading to Universal, or friends who want a night out without a designated driver.
Because the mix is so varied, we do not run a single script. We ask what the day looks like, then build the ride around it.
How We Handle Questions and Changes
Plans move. A flight lands forty minutes early, a florist runs behind, or the guest count jumps. When that happens you can reach a person and not a phone tree. We would rather hear about a change early and adjust than discover it when the car is already at the curb.
We also quote honestly. If a smaller vehicle will do the job, we say so. If your date is already crowded and we cannot guarantee the car you want, you will hear that at the start of the conversation.
Licensed and Insured
Valley Limo Services is licensed and insured in California. If your company or venue requires proof of insurance, tell us when you book and we will send what you need.
Come Ride With Us
If you are comparing companies, the quickest test is to ask a few specific questions: when will the car arrive, who is driving, and what happens if my plans change? Then see how clearly the answers come back. We are happy to be measured that way.
