There is a difference between a town car and a town car service. The first is a vehicle. The second is the full arrangement: a driver who arrives on time, a route that makes sense, and a way to change plans without starting over. This page explains how our service works and when it makes sense to hire it.
Two Ways to Book
Point to point. You need to get from one address to another. The classic example is an airport transfer, though it also covers rides to a hotel, a venue, or a business meeting. These trips are typically quoted as a flat rate, so you know the number before the car arrives.
By the hour. You need the car for a longer stretch with several stops. A day of client meetings, a series of property tours, a family visit with errands, or a night of dinner and a show all fit this model. Hourly service gives you the flexibility to change the order of stops, stay longer than planned, or add a destination midway.

The Chauffeur
The driver is the real product. A good one arrives a few minutes early, opens the door, loads your bags, and keeps quiet unless you want to talk. A good one also knows which exit to take when the freeway slows to a crawl, and whether the hotel’s main entrance or its side drive is better for drop-off.
Our chauffeurs are licensed and professional. They dress for the occasion and keep the vehicle clean, and they are comfortable adjusting their approach depending on who is riding.
What Town Car Service Costs You in Hassle, Which Is Nothing
Compare it with driving yourself. You do not hunt for parking, you do not pay valet fees, and you do not worry about drinks with dinner. Our town car service uses the Lincoln town car and MKT sedan. If your group is larger than four, we can suggest an SUV or a stretch limousine instead.
Booking Details That Help
Give us the pickup address, the destination, the time, and the flight number if it is an airport trip. For hourly service, add the stops in order and the number of hours you expect. If you will need help with luggage or mobility, mention it. Details like these let us match the right driver and vehicle to the job.
Common Questions
Is there a minimum for hourly service?
Yes, most hourly bookings have a minimum. We will state it when we quote.
Do you charge for waiting time?
For airport pickups, a short grace period is often included. Beyond that, waiting time is billed. We will explain the terms for your trip when you book.
Can I add a stop on the day?
Usually, yes, as long as the driver’s schedule allows. Tell the chauffeur and he will help you work it into the route.
